How does the built-in trial work?
The Kafka Backup Enterprise binary includes a 14-day trial with all features enabled. No signup or registration required — just start using enterprise commands. If you need more time to evaluate, you can request a free 30-day extension.
What happens when I purchase?
You receive a signed license file via email within seconds. Apply it with kafka-backup license apply --file license.key. No restart required — the license takes effect immediately. One license covers unlimited clusters.
What payment methods do you accept?

How does the license work?
Licenses are Ed25519-signed files verified locally by the binary — no phone-home or network connection required. One license covers all your Kafka clusters. After purchase, the license is emailed as a license.key attachment and can also be downloaded from your account page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through the billing portal at any time. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. Existing backups continue to work with the open-source version.
